libvdpau emits error messages like: Failed to open VDPAU backend libvdpau_nvidia.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory regularly on machines without libvdpau_nvidia.so installed. This can be very annoying then programs using libvpdau are started from the command line. It would be better if the programs emitted errors if they were deemed important.
