Paragraphs in first block on left-hand page have been selected and spacing removed with "Paragraph..." option on context menu. The other paragraphs retain the unwanted space between, even after using "Edit paragraph style".

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy and paste paragraphs from an imported document (e.g. RTF) where paragraph spacing is set to something other than 0.
2. Attempt to remove unwanted spacing by right clicking on one of the paragraphs and clicking Edit Paragraph Style
3. Change the paragraph spacing to 0
4. Click Apply OK.

Current behavior:
Spacing remains between paragraphs. If you retry as per step 2 above, the paragraph spacing is reported as 0, but there is still space obviously visible between the paragraphs in the document.

Expected behavior:
The spacing should be removed from paragraphs of the selected paragraph's style. This is what happens if the paragraphs are typed in, rather than copied and pasted from elsewhere.

Hi Damian,

It works for me.

Either there is direct formatting involved, or there is a different style applied to the other paragraphs.

Direct formatting may be removed as follows:
- select
- choose Format > Clear direct formatting.
I think the problem starts when you write: opy and paste from another document. It's easier often to use Edit > Paste special > as text only.

I close this issue as invalid.
