In the modular build, the SiS driver is currently compiled without EXA support. 

This due to the check for a XF86EXA define in sis.h, which is not fullfilled by
the modular build system.

Solved by simply adding

AC_DEFINE(XF86EXA, 1, [Build support for Exa])

in configure.ac.
