Created attachment 64487 [details] Screendump of the dia in presentation mode
Created attachment 64488 [details] PDF files when exporting the ODP file to PDF
This is using LibreOffice 3.5:build-403 from the openSUSE repository
[Reproducible] with parallel installation of Master "LOdev " 3.7.0.0.alpha0+ - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID: 25608fb]" (tinderbox: 2008R2@20, pull time 2012-07-14 00:31:17) Also with 3.3.3 and OOo 3.1.1, so inherited from OOo. Drawing is not only dooo large, but also looks different: internal circles are overlapping instead of side by side, this effect also visible for bottom left drawing The bad effect disappears when you apply "Break" for drawings, I can't find out what edit becomes undone by that 'Break' @Freek de Kruijf: Can you contribute some information concerning history of the presentation and how the drawings have been created?
Original this drawing comes from a Powerpoint Presentation, which I inherited from a colleague. So I don't know how it has been created. After removing most of its surroundings in the ODP version the attached ODP file was left, still with the problem. I reported this earlier for OpenOffice.org, but it was never acted upon. Came across this problem lately again.
I think we will have to fix that problem at the root. @Freek de Kruijf: Is it possible to get that ppt? At least confidential by mail for me and developers involved into bug fixing? <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugTriage#Process> item 5
PPT file has been send by private mail.
Created attachment 64500 [details] Test Kit Of course I can't decide whether it's not an ppt import problem, but currently I can reduce the problem to a WMF rendering problem. I extracted 2 WMF from the unzipped sample document. A new Presentation with the 2 .wmf in test kit shows exactly reporter's problem in SLIDESHOW mode, look fine when in slide edit mode. @Thorsten: If you think it's a ppt import problem please let me know, reporter allows to use the source .ppt document for bugfix use
@Freek de Kruijf: Thank you for the source document, I will forward it if necessary Please leave or change to Status NEW until all aspects have been clarified; or leave pickers as they are, "the Team" will do the dashboard actions ;-) @Thorsten: Please set Status to ASSIGNED and add yourself to "Assigned To" if you accept this Bug or forward the Bug if it's not your turf.
Rodo, another WMF problem - cycles left to have a look?
3.6 has the bug, 4.0 and newer has not.
