Description david 2012-07-23 13:11:41 UTC
On inserting an DL Envelope into a doc and printing using and epson dx4050 printer the address is printed wrong.

Basically repeats printing only part of the address on the right hand side of the envelope after printing correctly the address on the left hand side of the envelope.

It looks to be a hand-me-down and never fixed from openoffice. Never could deal with DL envelopes.

Please provide step by step instructions on how to reproduce and also clarify what:

"Basically repeats printing only part of the address on the right hand side of the envelope after printing correctly the address on the left hand side of the envelope."

means. I'm unclear on the issue.

Also, if printing to PDF does the file look correctly? Lastly, what about exporting to pdf (different from printing).

Then (I know a lot of requests, apologies, just some questions lingering) - does it print correctly if it's a odt?

Providing a test document (.doc) would be useful for us as well.

Apologies for the long delay, our QA team is growing and trying to triage bugs much faster. Thanks so much for taking the time and for helping make LibreOffice better for everyone :-D!

Marking as NEEDINFO - once you answer the few questions and provide a test document mark as UNCONFIRMED and we'll try to confirm fast.

This could very well be a CUPS issue - bug 37733 - we will investigate this possibility once questions are answered
