Problematic file

PDF files generated using Asymptote (http://asymptote.sourceforge.net) are
displayed missing markers and lines when displayed using cairo (pdftocairo and evince). Okular, pdftoppm, and Adobe Reader display the files
correctly.

This has been observed both on Gentoo and Ubuntu 12.04 setups.

Gentoo:
poppler version: 0.18.4
cairo version: 1.10.2

Works for me with poppler 0.24.5 and cairo 1.12.16
