Problem description: Value Function prob

Steps to reproduce:
1. =Value("25.")

Current behavior: returning number 41146

Expected behavior: return Error:502

Platform (if different from the browser): Win7 Ultimate SP1
              
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1

This was expected in 3.5 and is changed in 3.6.

"25." was interpreted as date value and is now not longer interpreted as dates and will correctly return 25.
