Window resized with top, then with bottom edge.

Problem description:
LibreOffice 3.5.4.2
Build ID: 350m1(Build:2)

Widget layout in window is not updated correctly if the window is resized with the top edge.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start up LibreOffice under xfce4
2. Resize the window vertically by grabbing the top edge of the window frame

Current behavior:
The window is not resized correctly, widgets get out of the visible area and become unaccessible (if decreasing the window height) or empty areas appear (if increasing the window height), both on top and bottom.
The wrong parts are not redrawn so they will contain garbage.

See screenshot.
The bug was already there in OpenOffice.

Expected behavior:
The window should be resized correctly.

Platform (if different from the browser):
Linux 32 bit, Debian, kernel 3.2.5

Horizontal resize is also crippled.

Does anybody care about this ? At least assign the bug to someone, please.

Is this still an issue in the latest stable (4.0) release of LibreOffice and xfce4?
Comment 3 tzp 2013-03-12 13:40:36 UTC
No, right now it works nice with this combination:

Version 4.0.1.2 (Build ID: 84102822e3d61eb989ddd325abf1ac077904985)
xfce4 4.8.0.3
