Created attachment 65090 [details] Display on 64-bit machine Drawing p.E. X-basics (circle- rectangle etc) into a drawing area of motif (into a Motif-Form) while there are already some existing widgets in the same form, results in problems with xorg. 1) doing this is OK, if the target Display runs on a 32-Bit machine. 2) doing the same with the target Display running on a 64-Bit machine hides the drawing below the top of the lowest widget resulting in partial drawing. This was not the case in previous Versions of xorg. running version (64-Bit machine): X -version X.Org X Server 1.10.4 Release Date: 2011-08-19 X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0 Build Operating System: openSUSE SUSE LINUX Current Operating System: Linux wizant-mob 3.1.10-1.16-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jun 27 05:21:40 UTC 2012 (d016078) x86_64 Kernel command line: root=/dev/disk/by-id/ata-HITACHI_HTS545032B9A300_100414PBPC041DK0B01M-part7 resume=/dev/disk/by-id/ata-HITACHI_HTS545032B9A300_100414PBPC041DK0B01M-part8 splash=silent quiet vga=0x314 Build Date: 10 November 2011 03:34:36PM Current version of pixman: 0.24.0 Before reporting problems, check http://wiki.x.org to make sure that you have the latest version.
This would need a test case to be worked on any further; there are no known differences between 32 and 64-bit hosts that could account for this.
