update name2unicode table

According to adobe
http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/opentype/aglfn13.txt

The mapping of 3 symbols have been changed:
Omega, Delta, mu

Which is now compatible with Unicode standard.

Patch attached.

Can you attach a pdf with the problem?

A pdf file affected by this bug

This pdf shows the 3 symbols, with a Type 1 font.

It displays correctly, since this bug does not affect rendering. It affects how poppler interprets the character.

Copy the characters out, you should get: (utf8)

cea9 ce94 cebc

while they are not correct with poppler

Um, I found that the values have been reverted in 1.7

So I guess we can ignore this bug... until they change the values again.
