_gen/svc-gtk-doc.h must be generated by doc-generator.

No, this isn't how it works - doc-generator generates a different sort of documentation. gtk-doc comments for the service GInterface do come from glib-ginterface-gen.py.

When I try to cross-generate(for arm) an error is thrown:
_gen/svc-gtk-doc.h : No such file. Maybe there is a problem with building from outside the build-dir.
