There was a recent consensus about a common rss icon for browsers like IE and firefox. More browsers are going to use it. Independently of this, it would be great to have some icon representing an RSS feed. Could the tango project come up with a RSS icon, preferably respecting the consensus [1] ? Created attachment 4174 [details] Feed icon with tango colors This comes from the bove mentionned site. I adapted the colors to use the tango palette. It looks fine when exported to 22 pixels, but under that it should be tweaked by hand..
I created Tango-style feed icons before I noticed this previous attachment was done. I like how it has a stroke on the inside white shape at the large size. That probably shouldn't be there on the smaller sizes. I've done all three sizes (all in SVG) and they can be found here: http://actsofvolition.com/images/screenshots/tango/rss/

Steven, we might use your icons for http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324511 but we need to be sure about the license first. Could you clarify the license on those icons, please?
Never mind-- I looked at the svg source and found the CC by-sa license.
