Page 3 renders in 35ms when using test-poppler-qt4 here, which poppler version are you using?

I use poppler-qt4 from poppler-0.20.3.tar.gz archive

Well, as said it renders very fast here, you'll have to debug it yourself or wait for someone else that can reproduce the problem.
