Description Adam 2012-09-20 15:19:49 UTC
Building on Mac OS X by default results in a pulseaudio which gives an error that it "failed to detect any sound hardware" from module-detect as module-coreaudio-detect is not included in either default.pa or system.pa

A rather old patch for pulseaudio 1.1 can be found at https://gist.github.com/1633642#file_detect_coreaudio.patch

Marking as a duplicate of a later bug which seems to have more discussion
