MMC card database.

I've attached a list of internal PCI and USB devices that should have the ID_DRIVE_FLASH_SD attribute set.  This will allow for the proper presentation (in many cases, an SD card icon on the desktop) and automounting for the PCI devices.

As mentioned on IRC, Kay (added as Cc) has a work-in-progress patch to udev for things like this. Kay: any ETA when this is getting merged? Thanks
