On 69700 glxgears has the red gear's part colored yellow and it flickers every half a second or so. No errors are emitted.

From your description on IRC, this only happens with the LLVM shader compiler, right?

Yes, LLVM only. It happens on 'radeon' and 'r600g' the same.
