Bug detailed description:

It happens on Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz notebook. System will power off after boot grub. It doesn't happen on -queued kernel.

The last known good commit: 74ce6b6c63262defba91c4d790b3f91074793c0d
The last known bad commit: 7f6658ef35a470cd641ea35a1da409c4bc5bae1e

I have no idea what's going wrong here ... details surely appreciated. And attaching the entire messages file without cutting out irrelevant parts (your log spans multiple days) is not too useful.

Also, the good/bad commit range spans the forward-rolling from 3.6 to 3.7-rc2, so this could very well be a unrelated regression in mainline.

Since this is likely blocking further testing, please bisect and handle the bisect with top priority.
