I am using kde-telepathy. Used telepathy-gabble version is 0.16.3 which is not selectable in the list above (so I chose 'unspecified') When initiating a file transfer to another xmpp-user (on the jabber.org server) and the other side accepts that file transfer the progressbar for the filetransfer shows up but always stays at 0 percent. This is the same for the other end. Additionally it happens from time to time that not even the progressbar shows up. I couldn't find a setup yet where I observer only one of these two cases. I first blamed kde-telepathy but the kde-devs suggested that telepathy-gabble is the culprit here.
