Description Fryderyk Dziarmagowski 2006-01-19 19:03:39 UTC
hal-0.5.6 places scripts in /usr/share/hal/scripts. According to FHS standard
/usr/share is a place for "for all read-only architecture independent *data*
files". For FHS compliance, scripts should be placed for example in
$(LIBDIR)/hal/scripts.
Comment 1 Danny Kukawka 2006-02-05 04:49:16 UTC
okay ... btw. the FHS is in this case not really clear, but $(LIBDIR)/hal/
scripts is more consistent. I write a patch and let see if we get the change in.

It is still not applied in 0.5.7, so I'm attaching your patch (from hal ml) here.
