This is a dup for both poppler and gnome; that pdf was previously reported as an example of a LiveCycle form which, while embedded in a pdf, isn't really a pdf. AIUI, ecmascript support will be a necessary but insufficient requirement to support LiveCycle files. And LiveCycle isn't — again, AIUI — documented.
I'm marking it as dulicate of 14265 that is one of the javascript bugs, it's not really the same, but once we have javascript (if we ever get there) we can start getting bugs about it again *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 14265 ***
