I noticed that flash videos with mesa-git in compare to 9.0 have wrong colors. Instead yellow is blue for example.Can anyone confirm ?

Yeah, that is a (very well) known bug in flash player.

Newest VDPAU library has a workaround for it, but apart from that there isn't much you could about it.
