Create a new document.
Enter one sample heading and give it a paragraph style of Heading 1.
Enable the headers.
Click in the header section.
Go to Insert - Fields - Other.
Select Document tab
Select Type=Chapter - Format=Chapter name - Level=1
Select Insert
Instead of "Heading 1" being displayed in the field like in previous versions it now displays "Chapter".

This seems to have been fixed by resetting the profile. I should have tried that first.
