Description Guido Seifert 2013-01-08 13:53:38 UTC
Usually I have no problems with mesa and the nouveau driver. However, I get reproducible GPU lockups when opengl is rendered in more than on thread. This is best (for me) shown with the glhypnotizer demo program, which is provided by Digia in the Qt sources. One hypnotizer runs fine, as soon as I add a second thread, my GPU freezes.

I am using Debian SID (most recent versions of everything) + Kernel 4.7.1

Does this still happen with the latest software (kernel/mesa)? If so, please provide a complete report. See http://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/Bugs/
