In the Templates dialog the tabs are not localised.
The tab names "All", "Documents", "Spreadsheets", "Presentations" and "Drawings" are not localised.

Using LibreOffice 4.0.0.1 on Ubuntu.

These string are translatable, see for example https://translations.documentfoundation.org/da/libo_ui/sfx2/source/doc.po/translate/#unit=33763970
Please double check in 4.0 RC1

I confirm the bug for hungarian and romanian LO 4.0 RC1 on windows.

It looks like a Pootle problem. When I tried  "Rescan project files" for Hungarian UI, these missing entries suddenly appeared for translation.

I can confirm that for Danish UI as well.

Andreas, perhaps you should instruct all native teams about this issue ASAP.

Fixed in 4.0.0 final.
