A combination of U+01B7 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER EZH and U+0301 COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT looks ugly: the accent is larger than acute over other capital letters.

It looks like the EZH isn’t treated as a majuscule by the Single
Substitution - Case Form.

Which I think means it needs to be added to Class 1047.

I don’t see how to do that via the GUI, but it is a simple text edit to
the .sfd files, if my diagnosis is accurate.

If so, there may be other majuscules missing from that table.
