A combination of U+01B7 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER EZH and U+0301 COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT looks ugly: the lowercase version of the accent is used, obscuring part of the letter.

In addition to the issue with Ʒ́ in serif, in sans it also lacks above
and below mark points.
