A combination of U+01B7 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER EZH and U+0301 COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT looks ugly: the accent is moved to the next character, and the lowercase version of the accent is used.

It is even worse with the oblique mono faces; the mono obliques seem to
lack the combining character support which the two upright faces have.

The non-mono oblique and italic faces are OK on that front (although
all of the faces need uni01B7 added to their majuscule classes).
