Problem description: The Shortcut configuration window contains a three horizontal scrollbars in the german version. (See screenshot). This is especially inconvenient because the window cannot be resized. Operating System: Linux (Other) Version: 3.6.4.3 release

Due to the conversion of dialogs to .ui format this is fixed. Tested using Linux Mint 17 x64 with LibreOffice Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 5bd241b99b76ae7f4b3c1d4f2bcbaf7c487bb339, might also be fixed in older versions.
