Description Bernhard Rosenkraenzer 2006-02-25 02:48:47 UTC
Upgrading from fontconfig 2.3.2 to 2.3.93 causes wine (http://www.winehq.com/)
applications to lose almost all its fonts (normal Linux applications continue
to work fine, so it's not a matter of rerunning fc-cache or the likes).
Reverting to 2.3.2 "fixes" it.

Yep, sure does. I'll look into it.
Comment 2 Patrick Lam 2006-03-05 16:12:19 UTC
That's because fontconfig isn't giving the full path to fonts anymore under some
circumstances. I went through some trouble to make it do that, but apparently
not quite enough trouble.

Got it. Thanks for the report; under current CVS wine works for me.
