All Libre Office programs have the issue. Removed and re-installed program but bug remains.

Did you install any specific fonts?
Did you install any specific LO extensions?
Did you try to rename your LO directory profile? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)

If you still reproduce this, could you retrieve an strace? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_strace_log_.28Linux.29)

Thomas, if you still can reproduce this bug with the latest LO 4.0.1.2 feel free to re-open this bug and provide additional information.
