It's a NV44

04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation NV44 [GeForce 7100 GS] (rev a1)

The freeze does not happen with the proprietary driver from NVIDIA.

It occurs after "systemctl suspend", pressing the power button of the box, or after an automatic s2ram after some timeout.
