Created attachment 75549 [details] result for my remote-viewer mingw compiler virt-viewer 0.5.3 0.5.4 0.5.5, display windows-xp start-menu have top and bottom error. I user fedora18-32bit to use mingw cross compiler virt-viewer, cross compiler success,where I use this result ,use remote-viewer.exe spice://192.168.1.15:5901 windows-xp2 system (kvm VM), my desktop have 2 begin-menu(windows-menu),display bug, I try gtk2.0 or gtk3.0, so as this result,please answer,your 0.5.3's cross compiler environment. thank you.
Is this working when you try to connect to your VM using a f18 remote-viewer? What spice-gtk version are you using with your mingw virt-viewer? Is this happening with http://teuf.fedorapeople.org/virt-viewer-0.5.5-1-x86.exe ?

It seems there are some rendering issues with mingw cairo in f18, see http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/spice-devel/2013-March/012499.html I don't know if what you are seeing is the same issue.
