ODG test file with form controls

Hello!

I was going to sketch a simple web-form.
I created new ODG document, opened "Form Controls" Toolbar, and found needed form elements here.

I discovered that there are no arrows in 'List Box' and 'Combo Box' if I print document or export it to PDF (with File-Export as PDF).

I expect that output PDF (or sheet of paper) will look like on screen (otherwise WYSIWYG conception is broken and I will get unexpected result).

Did you already check this with LO 4.0.2 with the following steps:
1. Open the attached document with DRAW
2. Go to FILE -> EXPORT AS PDF
3. In the tab GENERAL activate CREATE PDF FORM and press EXPORT

Result: You will get a pdf document with form elements with arrows to select the content.
Does this resolve your issue?

At first this bug is not a duplicate of bug 61736. Printing and export to PDF functionality are not the same.

Export to PDF form export works as expected. 
Export to normal PDF does not show arrows.
Printint with PDF Creator or on paper does not show arrows.

A is right, this IS a DUP (if we do not consider it as an INVALID clone), because both issues depend on a fundamental decision for what needs LibO behavior should fit.
So DUP again.
