The current behavior, after following the steps to reproduce the bug

If you select a comment (in the actual document, not the comment column) that comments upon text ranges and select uncommented text around the comment, you will get a dialog box that says: "Readonly content cannot be changed.
No modifications will be accepted"

Steps to reproduce:
1. With no LibreOffice processes open, open LibreOffice Writer.
2. Type "asdf" (with no quotation marks)
3. Holding the Shift key, hold the left arrow key until "asdf" is selected
4. menu Insert > Comment
5. (in the comment), type "asdf" (with no quotation marks)
6. Click to the right of the "asdf" in the document (not the comments column)
7. Press the right arrow key twice, so the cursor goes after the comment (in the document)
8. Type "asdf"
9. Holding the Shift key, press the left arrow key five times, so that the cursor is selecting the comment.
10. Press the Backspace key.

Expected behavior: "asdf" and the comment are deleted
Current behavior: A dialog box appears that says: "Readonly content cannot be changed.
No modifications will be accepted"

The filename of the LibreOffice installer is LibreOffice_4.0.3_Win_x86, downloaded from libreoffice.org/download/

Confirm reproducible on LO 4.0.4.2 (Win7 32bit)

I think it's a minor bug, unlikely to happen
