add -l as short switch for --full

Proposing to add -l as a short switch for journalctl --full. For consistency, attached patch also adds -l to loginctl, systemctl and systemd-cgls.

Nice patch.

I think we need an alias, and -l seems like a good choice. I thought about -U previously, but -l is much better.
