Problem description: 

When drawing objects in LO Writer with invisible type of fill (background), in DOCX format it is not invisible but filled with white.

 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Draw Rectange
2. In Type of Fill select Invisible
3. Save it in DOCX (not DOC)
4. Open with Ms Word 

Current behavior:

Invisible fill is acctually white fill.

Expected behavior:

Invisible fill should be invisible, ie. transparent.

Reproduced with Version 3.6.6.2 (Build ID: f969faf) and Version 4.0.4.2 (Build ID: 9e9821abd0ffdbc09cd8c52eaa574fa09eb08f2) @Win 7 x64

Looks indeed fixed to me.

Tested using Mac OSX 10.9 with LibreOffice Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
