You can post a hyperlink to files, which are on your own hard disk. But clicking on the hyperlink does not open the related file.

Have you tried with Ctrl+Click not only Click?

Hello mariosv,

yes, it runs with Ctrl+Click. 
I did not know this command change and I did not find nothing in LO helps. Where it is reported? I mean, how do users know about?

However, thanks a lot for the tip!

There is an option to change the behaviour, between Click and Ctrl+Click to open links:
Menu/Tools/Options/Security/Security Options&Warnings/Security Options - Ctrlclick required to follow hyperlinks.
