Description Tim Southern 2013-08-08 10:45:51 UTC
Spreadsheet with red formatted negative numbers shows black on opening, requires a change in line of spreadsheet for that line and subsequent lines to show correctly.

Although not critical in my application it could well be if someone was looking at document for first time and did not realise numbers were not displaying correctly.

Hi Tim,

thanks for your report.
Do you pls have a sample file to test?

Also: do you have an idea if this is a new problem in LibreOffice?

Regards,
Cor

Dear Cor

I have created the attached file Dummy.ods, column y should always in this version show as red not black. If you alter any figure in line 2 it will reset everything to the corrcet formatting.

I was using Ubuntu 12.04 until mid last week and the version of Libre Office within that worked fine, as I wanted an aspect that is in the more recent version of office for on-line marking at OU I was persuaded to upgrade Ubuntu to 13.04 giving me Libre Office 4 with the current minor issue.

 Thanks

Tim

Cannot confirm. Tested on

Ubuntu 13.04
LibreOffice 4.1.1.2

Assuming that only column Y has negative numbers I see them all red upon opening.

When reporting please give us more information than you are providing, details about your system, the version of LibreOffice and when providing attachments, tell us where to look. We have thousands of bug reports to go through and guessing at information takes valuable time away from testing other bugs.

That being said, marking as WFM as it looks fine for me. Please update to 4.1.1.2 or newer, reset your profile https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile and if the problem persists, give us more details to go off of, then mark bug as UNCONFIRMED.
