Half Life 2 broken rendering

* OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on AMD PITCAIRN
* OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 9.3.0-devel (git-5626a84)
* LLVM-3.4svn

Rendering of textures are broken with Source-Engine based games, see attached screenshots

I seem to be getting the same bug after rebuilding Mesa from Git yesterday.
