Howdy!

The radeon manpage has a section for Option "OverlayOnCRT2" which seems like a
valuable function for those with misbehaving laptops; however, in the "MergedFB"
section of the manpage it is stated that that option has been deprecated and
replaced with XV_SWITCHCRT.

Please consider adding a warning about such (or perhaps a pointer to the
MergedFB option) to the "OverlayOnCRT2" section of the manpage as well, so
imaptient people (like me :) who do not carefully read the entire manpage don't
end up trying to use non-options for a while.
