Bug detailed description:

It randomly fail and causes [drm:i915_hangcheck_elapsed] *ERROR* no progress on bsd ring. It happens 3 in 5 runs with -fixes kernel. It doesn't happen on -nightly and -queued kernel.

Issue in -fixes that we won't backport since the real-world impact (outside of the really nasty igt testcases) is benign.
