Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Version: 4.1.0.4
Build ID: 89ea49ddacd9aa532507cbf852f2bb22b1ace28
2. User interface English (USA)
3. Locale setting Romanian (Romania)
4. grammar checker magyar ???

Current behavior:
For Romanian text hypenation do not work.
Expected behavior:
To hypenate text...

Version: 4.1.0.2 rc
Last worked in: 3.5 all versions

I can reproduce the problem too:

Version: 4.1.2.3
Build ID: 40b2d7fde7e8d2d7bc5a449dc65df4d08a7dd38
User interface: Romanian
Locale setting: Romanian (Romania), English (UK), Hungarian

Steps:
1. Select all text
2. Set the text language to Romanian
3. Select Tools - Language - Hyphenation...

and/or

3. Format - Paragraph - Text Flow - check Automatically

The text remain without hyphenation.
