Problematic document

The attached document fails to render properly.

The gradients have gaps in them, and they seem to be correspond to the borders of the rectangles used to display gradients in doFunctionShFill.

Proposed patch

This patch fixes the issue for this document, but I'm not sure if it's 100% correct (I'm not a Cairo expert...).
