PDF Test case with incorrect background

Bug forwarded from Evince: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=707746

"The attached pdf-file contains the image with the background. Evience program
display the background incorrectly.

Ubuntu 13.04
Cairo 1.12.14
Evince 3.6.1"

I checked it against poppler-glib-demo 0.24.1 and cairo from master (337ab1f8), and still I can reproduce the issue.
