Using the arrows for selecting windows in the scale plugin is problematic since
it appears that left/right/up/down relative to the current window is not well
defined.

Sometimes windows also seem to be unreachable. I.e. no sequence of movements
seem to hit them. 

Compiz on aiglx/dapper
