System-Architecture: x86_64
Kernel Version: 3.12.0-rc2 (checked out from danvet git repo, not from kernel.org)
Machine Model: World Ahead Classroom PC
Linux Distribution: Debian 7.1
Display Connector : ( eDP & HDMI )

Reproduce Step: Press Fn + F6 to switch GFX output ( without a extenal projector
attached ), X window havn't response to mouse click.

Your system is misconfigured and X races with an already running master process when it starts preventing it loading the right driver.

On second look, xf86-video-intel 2.19.0, does not support Baytrail. Generic support for Baytrail landed in 2.20.0, with specific support first in 2.20.8.
