You are running Bugzilla 4.2.3, but several security fixes have been made available since this version, see http://www.bugzilla.org/security/. There are also numerous bug fixes, see http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/4.2.7/release-notes.html. You should upgrade Bugzilla to 4.2.7 or 4.4.1.

As cloning of this Bugzilla installation into LibreOffice product only instance is planned (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/LibreOffice_Bugzilla_Proposal), please consider upgrading sooner than later to give it a secure start.
