As far i know Heaven4.0 needs ogl 3.2 or higher for work. BTW your "llvm" is a little bit old for ogl 3.1
Launching it with MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.2 MESA_GLSL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=150 should be enough to get it running - antialiasing won't work properly as Mesa doesn't support EXT_gpu_shader4 from Nvidia

Radeonsi in master mesa now support OpenGL 3.3 and GLSL 3.30. This is enough to run unigine-heaven, unigine-valley and oilrush normaly. Bug may be closed?
