Description Gustavo J. A. M. Carneiro 2006-06-06 05:10:28 UTC
I get this error:
Error: Couldn't find unicodeMap file for the 'EUC-JP' encoding
when opening many of the IEEE standards. For example, in:
    http://standards.ieee.org/getieee802/download/802.1G-1998.pdf

This error is also printed whenever I try to copy-paste some text, which fails.
I already installed japanese locale, to no avail :-(
Comment 1 Gustavo J. A. M. Carneiro 2006-06-06 08:35:57 UTC
I discovered that installing the xpdf-japanese package fixes the problem. So I
guess this could be considered a packaging bug...
