Hi, the Intel HD Graphics line of products does not support encoding with "Baseline Profile" constraints. Rather, "Constrained Baseline Profile" is supported.

So, please apply the following changes:
- Remove VAProfileH264Baseline from all generations ;
- Add VAProfileH264ConstrainedBaseline instead for all generations.

This applies to VAEntrypointEncSlice entrypoint.
